Whether you've lived in Wadsworth for years or have just moved into the area, the Wadsworth Newcomers Club is an enjoyable way to meet new people, enjoy social activities and support our local charitable organizations.
The Wadsworth Newcomers Club year runs from June 1st to May 31st.
Yearly membership dues are $30
Membership is open to all women of Wadsworth and within 30 miles, whether new to the area or long time resident.
The following list consists of regularly scheduled club meetings, which provide opportunities for members to interact and keep abreast of current club activities. Attendance is recommended.
Held the first Thursday of each month (September – May). Social time is 6:30pm – 7:00pm, with the business portion starting promptly at 7:00pm. A speaker or activity follows the business portion of each meeting. For the 201912020 club year, we will be meeting at the Wadsworth Library.
Held the third Monday of each month (August – May) at a member’s home. Social time is 6:45pm-7:15pm, with the business portion starting promptly at 7:15pm. A requirement for board members, but open to all membership. Please note that the meeting day of the week may change prior to the August meeting. If so, it will be posted here.

Held three to five times per year. Dates, times and locations will be posted here.
Held in place of the May General Meeting. New officers are installed and Carrousel of Crafts charity donations are distributed.
Carrousel of Crafts
Held this year on Sunday, November 10th from 10:00am – 4:00pm, this is one of the largest craft shows in Northeast Ohio and has been in existence for over 40 years. All profits made by Wadsworth Newcomers Club are donated to local charities. To date, the total raised for charity through our efforts is over $440,000!
Members are required to work at least one shift (4-6 hours) at the Carrousel of Crafts Show. Members may choose to work at the raffle table, admissions, as part of the set-up/take down crew, as a hostess, etc.
